Touring Tips

Tickets can be purchased in advance at the locations indicated on the ticket page. This will save you time at your first home.
Your ticket comes with a magazine. Scout out the locations you want to visit before you start.
Remember, your ticket is good all three weekends, but only once at each home. When you have visited all the homes you want to see, fill out the entry form to win one of the many sponsors’ prizes.
Homes are open at 12 noon and close at 5 pm. Parade homes are indicated with signage.
The Parade of Homes ticket booklet you receive is your ticket. You show it to enter any of the open homes. Lost tickets are not replaceable.
Please do not smoke at any of the homes and property.
Please do not bring food or drinks into the homes.
Please leave your pets at home.
A few builders ask attendees to put on shoe coverings or to remove their shoes before entering the home. For that reason, we recommend wearing comfortable, slip-on shoes. High heeled shoes are not advisable.
We do not encourage the participation of children, but if you bring children along, remember they are your responsibility. Keep a close eye on them at all times.
We want you to have a safe and enjoyable day. If you have any questions, problems or need any type of assistance, simply ask any one of the many volunteers on the tour.
If you have questions on a specific home after the tour, refer to the website or magazine for contact information.
Most importantly—HAVE FUN!!!!
